The Collie Early Education Centre has become the first group in Western Australia to earn a Level Three STEM Detectives Accreditation.
After reaching Level One last year, the centre was given the chance to earn its Level Three.
The centre prides itself on providing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics-based activities for different age groups.
Collie Early Education Centre director Jenny Fry said they were surprised and delighted with the result.
"It feels fantastic. It highlights just how amazing this centre is," she said.
"The team is very passionate and motivated. Our staff work incredibly hard, and the families are all dedicated to the centre.
"We also enjoy partnering with other organisations in Collie."
Ms Fry said they were dedicated to helping children and families to reach their goals.
"We cater to each child's individual needs," she said.
"Play-based learning helps them to develop social skills, confidence, and self-esteem.
"Once they gain those skills, they can then socialise and be confident at school."
